Syed Mahmudul Huq
Chairman
Syed Mahmudul Huq is a well reputed businessman with significant contributions in the development of exports, regional trade and investment in Bangladesh including capital market development of the country.
Mr. Huq is the Chairman and Managing Director of Trade Services International, a leading business firm in Bangladesh. He is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Premier LP Gas Limited, a joint venture with TOTAL Oil of France. He is also an Independent Director of Lafarge Holcim Bangladesh Limited.
He has also stakes in renewable energy (Japan Solartech Bangladesh Limited) and Information and Communications Technology including Internet Services (Broad Band Telecom Services), Inter Connection Exchange (M&H Telecom), International Gateway (VENUS Telecom Ltd) and Nationwide Telecommunication Transmission Network (BAHON Limited).
Besides, he is currently the President of France Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of Bangladesh Myanmar Business Promotion Council, Bangladesh Shrimp and Fish Foundation and the Honorary Consul of Malta in Chittagong, Bangladesh. He is a member of the Board of Trustees and Syndicate of both Independent University of Bangladesh and Chittagong Independent University.
Mr. Huq was the President of Bangladesh Frozen Foods Exporters’ Association (1991-94) and member of the Management Board of Export Promotion Bureau (2002-06). He was a founder Director of Chittagong Stock Exchange and played an important role in the formation of South Asian Federation of Exchanges. He pioneered a transit route for Nepal via Chittagong port in 1979.
Born in December 1951, Mr. Huq completed his B. A. (Hons.) and M. A. (Economics) from University of Dhaka.

Syed Samiul Huq
Managing Director
Acquired extensive experience in Business Administration and Management over the last 15 years and successfully expanded the business around the globe.
Made substantial contribution in the Telecom Infrastructure and renewable energy sector. Apart from Telecom, Samiul Huq heads the leading Broker/Dealer Investment Banking arm of the family.
Graduated in Software Engineering from University of Canberra, he has proven to be a prudent Business leader having diversified business interests and act as a potent board member of numerous subsidiaries of the family and bilateral trade bodies.

Benoit J.P. Flammang
Director International Business Development
Benoit J.P. Flammang is a Family Office investor and a serial entrepreneur, currently focusing on Blockchain technology and STOs (Security Token Offerings). Governments and companies are his target customers.
Ben spent the first five years of his career at IBM Belgium. He moved to the US in 1988 and restructured a money losing R&D/Manufacturing telecom company in Raleigh, NC, made it profitable, structured and implemented a management buy- out.
He created Beninvest in 1992 in New York for alternative investments. He raised money and did strategic business development for many companies and investment fund managers in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Japan. He was a partner in the establishment of the merchant bank of the Indian Hinduja Group in NY and advisor to the Antwerp Diamond Bank for a private equity fund.
He also brought the first ever paying customer to Paul Graham at Viaweb, which became the Yahoo store.
He created, published, and distributed in 48 countries, the first English buyers guide in the world for new prestigious wristwatches, back in 1994. He sold the company in 2000, having the most email addresses in the world from collectors. He also crossed the Sahara in a VW-combi at age 17, did NY-LA on the motorbike, is a car aficionado, airplane pilot, skier and runs at least 10 miles a week. He received his degree in Applied Economics from ICHEC Management School in Brussels.
He is fluent in English, Dutch/Flemish, French and conversational in German He is a frequent speaker at LP/GP, Family Office and Blockchain events. He was the 2016 Keynote speaker at the Arabian Venture Forum at KAUST in Saudi Arabia. He spoke at Kelo University in Tokyo about alternative investments.
